Utah chapter now open
The people who run paid ads, comparing notes.
A free community for people who run paid ads. No vendors pitching, no gurus. Real numbers, real tests, and what actually turned into revenue.
Free. Every request is reviewed.
Who it's for
People who answer for ad spend
For the people who own the ad budget and answer for the results.
In-house marketers
You own the ad budget and have to show leadership what it produced.
Founders and owners
You run ads yourself or oversee whoever does, and want a straight answer on what works.
Sales and ops leaders
Your team works the leads. You care which campaigns bring deals, not just form fills.
Agencies and freelancers
Welcome, with one rule: no pitching. Answer when asked, learn the rest of the time.
What's inside
Less theory, more what happened
A Slack that stays useful
Channels for lead gen and ecommerce, tracking and attribution, quick questions, what's working, and jobs.
Monthly meetups
A small dinner or drinks, 10 to 20 people. The conversations you can't have in a public forum.
Real benchmarks
A quarterly anonymous survey of cost per click, cost per lead and close rates by industry. Members see the results.
Teardowns
A member volunteers an anonymized account or landing page and the group works through it together.
House rules
No gurus. No pitches.
Four rules keep this worth your time.
No pitching
Vendors, agencies and the host included. Recommend something only when someone asks.
Bring real numbers
"Cost per lead went from $140 to $95" helps everyone. "Amazing results" helps no one.
Everyone teaches
No guru at the front of the room. The person who ran the test explains the test.
Kept small on purpose
Every request is reviewed, and each chapter caps around 150 active members so it stays a room where people know each other.

FAQ
Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. Paid Pros is free to join.
Who can join?
Anyone who runs or owns ad spend for a business: in-house marketers, founders, sales and ops leaders. Agencies and freelancers are welcome in smaller numbers.
Why is joining reviewed?
So the room stays useful. A few questions about your role and what you run ads for keeps it to people doing the work, and keeps pitches out.
Who runs it?
It is hosted by Dave Ten, who runs paid search for companies in Utah. Hosting means organizing the Slack and the meetups. Nobody pitches in the group, including the host.
Is there a chapter near me?
Utah is open now. New York, the Bay Area and Los Angeles come next. Request to join and say where you are, and you will hear when your city opens.
Want in?
Tell us what you run ads for and what you want out of it. We review every request.
